I left the appointment absolutely furious. No understanding or assistance given. This kind of rude attitude exacerbates my condition. On checking, some of the throw away comments made, it turns out they didn’t have a clue. This has happened on too many occasions now with various employees here for me not to leave a review, to warn others.
