(as the patient),

I am very frustrated. I had a big operation and I have a big open surgical wound that it is bleeding continuously.The district nurse supposed to come every day to change my dressing. I rang this morning (Saturday) and they forgot to put me on the list today and then they say that they are not coming to change my dressing because it is too late.

I am very disappointed because I have been in a lot of pain and my wound has been bleeding a lot. I had 14 operations and I know how easily a wound can become infected without a good care.
