(as the patient),

I had an appointment, I was a bit apprehensive about because of going to the hospital in these difficult times but I was so well looked after, I felt really safe, cared for and reassured.

I'm so pleased that once you had got to your appointment that you were made to feel safe and cared for.

We live in very strange times and we understand the anxiety that patients feel coming for appointments, but want to reasure all patients coming in to hospital, that we are all working hard to make all areas safe for patients and staff.
