I attended Newcastle RVI, A&E on 13 Nov, with suspected fracture of clavicle. Right from triage at reception to Minor Injuries reception followed by examination by nurse practitioners and X-Rays, my treatment was examplinary. Many thanks to all the staff. We are very lucky to have a first class major hospital in Newcastle. Please pass on my sincere thanks to your wonderful staff and overall management.
