I was referred to navigo through my gp navigo gave me the appointment which I attended they said due to my diagnosis not been as bad as a schizophrenia or bipolar that they couldn’t offer me support for ongoing anxiety due to lack of staff having any knowledge in my diagnosis I find this unfair and untrue as I had help from navigo for years up until my dad died and they discharged me within months of my dad dying they won’t look up complaints through pals they encourage bad behaviour from other service users
