"Gallbladder surgery"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was having gallbladder surgery and I felt a bit anxious, but when I arrived at the day surgery the staff were so nice, while waiting for my operation the nurses were talking and making conversation which was really nice, after my surgery the nurses were really good getting me something to drink and something to eat, I was asked if I wanted dinner as I was advised by the surgeon to stay overnight, I was given my own side room, the nurses were always checking in to see if I wanted anything or if I needed pain relief, I had a good overnight stay and in the morning I was given breakfast and was allowed to go home, the staff were amazing I was able to ask them anything and I'm so glad my surgery was done here the surgeon was amazing and the staff are all so lovely
