"Minor operation"

I recently attended the Dermatology Department on 2 occasions. The first was to have a mole assessed by Dr Sinclair after a referral was made by my GP Nurse Practitioner. Dr Sinclair was extremely friendly and professional, she assessed my mole and agreed that it should be removed as a precaution. Dr Sinclair explained the process, listened to me and understood my anxieties about the procedure and my upcoming wedding. With this information she made arrangements for the procedure to take place afterwards. On my second attendance, my minor op was carried out by Kirsty and Gillian who both put me at ease with their caring, friendly and professional approach. The procedure was explained to me before, and during (which took no time at all) and I was given aftercare advice. Everyone I encountered was extremely knowledgeable and and answered all my questions. My appointments were taken on time (maybe even a few minutes earlier than scheduled! ) I can't thank the dermatology dept enough for such a great patient experience.
