"Fantastic Care"

Having been brought in but two amazingly helping paramedics, I entered the ED and was attended to quickly. It didn’t feel scary or stressful to be there even in the middle of a pandemic! High on morphine, I woke to a lovely nurse checking my blood pressure, etc with an amazing bedside manner. She walked me to the exit as I left as she could see I was still unsteady and the ladies at the desk ordered me a taxi home at 3am!

At a time when the thought of needing to be in a hospital is almost unbearable, I was completely blown away by the excellent care I was given. As a single female there alone, it was very welcome and I didn’t feel stress at being there beyond the discomfort I was in! Thank you!!!
