"So reassuring"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I had to go for a hysteosalpingogram - referred by gynaecology, which is where they inject dye into the cervix and give you an X-ray. The staff were the most friendly people I have come across in the hospital and were so reassuring despite how uncomfortable the procedure is. They answered any questions I had and maintained my dignity throughout the whole process. Thank you for being so kind and caring in an unpleasant situation.
