"COVID-19 testing"

I recently attended for a Covid test at the Emirates arena. I had felt a bit under the weather for a few days and then developed a dry, wheezy cough and sore throat, so thought it would be safer to get tested. I was a bit upset and anxious when I arrived as I didn't know what to expect and was worried that if I did have the virus I may have passed it on to other people without knowing. The staff there put me at ease right away and the place was very efficiently run. I was given a swab and asked to pull into a space, where a very kind worker talked me through how to use it. He really helped make the process much less worrying and made me feel so much better. My test was done in less than 15 minutes and I got my results that evening. Thankfully they were negative!

Just wanted to let the team at the Emirates Arena know what a fantastic job they're doing, making a scary experience much less worrying. You're the best!
