I feel very unsafe concerning health as a patient registered here.
I have a chronic disease and I suffer from allergies.
When I went for an allergy test to identify to what I can react, I reacted to everything, so no clear specification was possible.
I am interested to know at present if I can get a flu jab or not, as the flu jab is to be given with no specific information about side effects provided, as you would have as a patient getting any medicine from the Pharmacy.
I gave a call accordingly to reception to ask how I can contact my GP just to get the medical advice in this respect.
I was told I need to go online to book an appointment, which I did, with no effect yet.
The decision is important as everybody is advised to get a flu jab through an intensive vaccination campaign, but I feel cut off from the required medical advice I need to know if I can take the flu jab or not, with the specificity of my health!
In full contrast with my experience, my husband is registered elsewhere and was given immediate attention, and he gets return calls from his GP whenever he contacts the medical centre.
