Went to appointment today feeling very anxious. Was looked after from start to finish. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Medical student took my history before I saw consultant and both were reassuring and professional throughout.

I wasn’t expecting to have a biopsy done as well but it was taken care of quickly and with just a bit of discomfort. I would just like to thank both doctors and nurses for their care.
