About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I booked on line for a blood test today, having gone through all the procedure i was sent by reception to oncology to get a blood test form as the one i had was from my doctor. Having once again gone through all the procedure at that department i was informed that they don’t do requests from your doctor. I suggest you inform staff at the main entrance of this and you would then reduce the queue and save everyone time and frustration. Having said all that i still think you are all doing a fantastic job and both me and my Family would like to thank you for all that you have done for us and all your patients.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, I am so sorry to hear about the confusion that occurred over the booking of your blood test. Currently the Hospital are only booking appointments for patients to have their blood taken when this has been requested by a hospital service/ consultant. I will ensure the staff on the reception are aware of this. Thank you however for your kind words of appreciation.
