Hello Mr Allen, thank you so much ffor taking the time to write the review of the Older Peoples Service and for your positive and encouraging words, its' very thoughtful of you. The older peoples team have endeavoured to continue to provide a safe effective service during the pandemic, resulting in us utilising alternative ways and approaches to working with people to enable assessments to take place. Therefore it's great to have feedback as to how this is working in real teams.
