I visited for a procedure that I was anxious about. The desk staff welcomed me and made me feel at ease. I went through and Nurse helped and guided me every step of the way getting me ready for the treatment. The Doctor was ever so friendly and compassionate throughout, especially after when I was feeling a little faint. I never felt rushed into leaving even though I was seen at the end of the day.
