"Excellent care from health visitor"

My health visitor Collette (Kirkcaldy Health Centre), has made such a difference to our lives. I have two young children and she has always been there to provide them with unconditional care and support. She has always believed any concerns I have had and sought the best way to help us. My toddler has suspected learning difficulties and Collette has been straight on the case making a referral to a very supportive and diagnostic team. 

Recently my mental health has struggled a bit and Collette has been there to advise and provide recommendations which have really helped me feel better within myself.

I can not praise Collette highly enough and the care she has given to us. To feel believed, listened to and cared for has made a real difference in our lives. I have have the upmost gratitude for Collette and can not thank her enough for everything she has done for us.
