"Professional, quick and friendly"

I was so impressed with the Old Dairy Health Centre’s extremely professional and prompt way in which they dealt with two health problems with my family, in the last 2 weeks.

I needed urgent antibiotics last week when on holiday in Sussex. After speaking with the helpful receptionist in the morning, my request was dealt with immediately and by lunchtime the GP had called me and organised my medication for me to collect from the local Sussex pharmacy.

My daughter this week needed medication for an eye problem and again the request was dealt with incredibly fast. The GP called us and within an hour we were able to collect the medication from the Dulwich pharmacy.

I felt it was important to let express how much we appreciate the practice’s hard work during these difficult times and the fact that my family has had access to professional advice so quickly, is reassuring.
