"Incredible care"

After developing emergency spinal symptoms, I called 999 after consulting my neurosurgery dept and GP. The crew arrived quickly, assessed my condition and set about making me comfortable. We have a very limited stairs and landing access and I am a large lady. Despite attempting to sit, it became clear I would need to be extracted flat. The team called additional help and they took time and great care getting me out with as little additional pain to me as possible. Great care was given by extremely caring and dedicated professionals whom I'd like to thank each one personally when this interminable covid allows. In the meantime, thank you all and I'm pleased you enjoyed the view from my bedroom xx
