"Alarming "

I am an elderly lady, with serious underlying health conditions. I have been experiencing mental health problems.

I visited the Rosedale unit in February of this year. I saw a mental health nurse. I found her very patronising and dismissive.

Prior to this I had had great difficulty getting the receptionists to answer the telephone. Eventually, after 6 attempts over 2 days, I got an answer and was able to finally book an appointment.

When at Rosedale I asked about what measures were being taken about Corona Virus. The receptionists laughed at me. Given the crisis now unfolding, this is very alarming. It shows just how unprepared the NHS is for this pandemic.

I stopped going to Rosedale as the NHS mental health treatment was as much use as as a chocolate fireguard !
