About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

My son had an accident on Saturday evening.  He had to be brought in to observe the bump to his head.  He is 4 years old, so not the most articulate or happy patient. 

The staff and Northwick Park A&E were all so amazing.  From the Security Guard, the receptionist, nurses and doctors. 

Everyone was super busy but they took their time to help and explain things.  It must be so difficult working during these times but they had a smile on their face which really put my son at ease. 

I cannot thank or rate them highly enough.

I have sent a chocolate gift hamper to the team to say thank you. I know you guys are very busy doing paperwork (it should reach them by Friday).

If there is any way of letting me know that it has reached the A&E Paed's team when it gets to them that would be great. With such big places you dont know if things just get lost or destroyed as a suspicious package.
