"Very helpful "

I have been waiting for months for my appointment at the hospital then suddenly I received a letter saying that my referral has been cancelled. I was very disheartened and tried to contact the service but was unable to do so after several attempts. I rang up the surgery instead and they were so helpful, spent a lot of effort going back and forth several times between me and the service but by the end of the day my referral had been redone and my appointment rearranged.
