Let me start by saying I am not a regular visitor to the Dr's, but I have to say avenue house are handling the current situation with the upmost professionalism, I was met at the door, instructed to use hand gel and directed to a seat, my waiting time was minimal, I was asked by a junior Dr if it was OK to have a short consultation with her, before my actual appointment, which was absolutely fine, her willingness to learn and listen is inspiring. My appointment was conducted fabulously, in, sorted and out, all with covid conditions adheard to, with my next appointment to be conducted over the phone. I couldn't be more pleased with that. I had bloods taken after my appointment with the Dr, once again professional to the maximum, even having the seat in the waiting room sprayed after I used it, I'm not the greatest patient when it comes to blood tests, and often feel like fainting, altho I never actually have, the nurse fully understood, and proceeded to open a window, and make me feel relaxed,

Overall my experience at avenue House was top notch. Thank you.
