"Having trouble with service"

About: Swallowfield Medical Practice

(as the patient),

I am really having a trouble with service at Swallowfield Medical practice.

It used to be a decent surgery but in the last couple of years the service I've had from them has really deteriorated massively!

I have been put on repeated medication due to high blood pressure and my heart condition, but I have to almost fight for it each month.

I had multiple experiences where GP would not be issuing the prescription on time or instead of email would send it by post so pharmacy wouldn't have it on time.

Now I am using my private health insurance and private pharmacy to get my medication, but despite their multiple emails surgery would not issue the prescription of the medication that THEY PUT ME ON! and I end up for days being out of the medication!

This morning pharmacy told me that they were chasing my surgery for two weeks to get my prescription of Losartan, but yet they had to issue the emergency supply to me due to awful service of my surgery!!!

This has been an absolutely shocking experience!
