"Only interested in making money from you"

I had a skin consultation with a doctor. The consultation cost £100. It was not particularly informative and was just one big sales pitch. I felt I was being encouraged to have treatments that would cost a huge amount of money and I really don't need. The treatments also carry risks and those weren't fully explained. I feel there are serious ethical concerns with this clinic and the doctors seem to have a significant conflict of interest as they are clearly encouraged to sell sell sell. I've written to the general medical council.
