"Friday meditation group."

About: St Helens Integrated Recovery Service

(as a volunteer/advocate),

I always thoroughly look forward to our meditation sessions on a Friday afternoon with Amanda, I know S/U and volunteers love the sessions and it’s great to share all our experiences at the end, I’m always lifted when I hear where their meditations have transported them to.

Thank you Amanda and Rachel

Thank you so much for sharing your experience of the meditation group led by Amanda. We are hearing consistently positive feedback from the group and how it sets you up for a good and relaxing weekend. I think that we will have to find a bigger room when we return to a face to face session, its so popular.

Amanda will really appreciate your comments. Thank you again!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments about our weekly Meditation Zoom sessions. I'm so pleased to hear you enjoy the sessions and that you get so much from them. I agree, It's great to see new service users coming along for the first time enjoying the guided journeys.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. It is really appreciated.
