"Not happy with level of service "

I telephoned the Golden Brook Practice Long Eaton Health centre on the 5th November 2020 for a repeat prescription for my contraceptive Pill, I was told that I couldn’t make a face to face appointment I would need to take my blood pressure and weight at home then have a telephone consultation!! When I said I don’t have a blood pressure monitor the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. I think it’s very poor how my local doctors will not offer appointments for a pill check. Why does this practice seem to be the only surgery around that isn’t offering this service. Very poor attitude for a service that I should be entitled to
