"I trusted them completely"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology Outpatients

(as the patient),

Was in for a day operation. I was quite nervous but as soon as I arrived Julie and Claire were there to greet me and I immediately felt at ease. They were with me every step and made me laugh and I trusted them completely. They are a fantastic team and I couldn’t be happier to have had them with me. They did a fantastic job.
