I’ve been with this practice for over 30 years, I’ve never had any problems with them. When being investigated for thyroid issues it was done thoroughly which gave me reassurance. I never need to remember when any tests are due such as bloods, cervical or anything else as I’m reminded ahead of time. I’ve had calls from the reception team regarding different issues, this would be to check I knew something or to give me information I may need, this has always been appreciated. The doctors were wonderful with me and my thyroid problems but I was more impressed with how they were with my mum when she was being diagnosed with being coeliac as it was a very stressful time for her. I remember on one appointment I had I said Thankyou to the Dr for helping my mum, he then thanked me for thanking him! I would absolutely recommend this surgery and in-fact have done so! I think everybody does a wonderful job so again, Thankyou.
