About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as a service user),

I would like to enquire on behalf of the patients when would the opportunity and the chance for visits to proceed in Arnold Lodge. I know at the moment it is very difficult. I understand the pressures on everybody at the moment. Can you let us know in the near future, what is the process? Lets hope it gets back to normal soon. From all patients

Thank you for your queries regarding the visits. COVID-19 had a massive impact on the visits. As our base is in Leicester, we were under lockdown for many weeks after the national lock down due to the local outbreak. So far with all your co-operation, we were able to pass eight months without a single patient being positive for COVID-19. Once the national lock down is lifted up, we will risk assess the situation and we will make the decision on resuming the visits. In the mean time, please be assured that we are working in your best interests to keep you healthy and free from COVID-19. the virtual visits will continue. Thank you for your co-operation.
