"Poor Customer Care - Unhelpful Pharmacy "

I have been deal with the surgery on behalf of my Grandparents. we have had numerous occupations of poor and unhelpful service from both the reception and the pharmacy.

The surgery won't subscribe to any of the postal pharmacy services. this means that they have a monopoly of dispensing the prescriptions for customers unable to go elsewhere.

My Grandmother called to ask about buying a walking frame for my Grandfather who had a bad fall. Instead of helping the reception told her to "google it". Numerous time when collecting prescriptions they are not ready despite giving over a weeks notice.

If you have a choice don't use this surgery or dispensary.
