Emailed symptoms ,regarding earring problems, to surgery on previous night using the surgery website online service.
Received text following morning confirming I would receive a phone appointment before 12 pm same day
Received a call from ANP before 12 discussed symptoms and arranged a surgery appointment at 2pm.
Attended the 2 pm surgery appointment received treatment for wax removal. The problem was completely sorted.
Absolutely so pleased with the service and staff in particular Practitioner who sorted problem.
Could not appreciate service and care given any higher especially during these difficult times.
