I have not been treated correctly and not been seen in person by my GP for my condition so decided to contact the hospital as a private patient. I have been in pain for the past half a year which I made clear on my initial appointment in September. I was told that there is a waiting time for my surgery till October/ November. As I cannot control the pain any longer, I have been chasing this hospital for a week on an update on the surgery. Majority of the time only the voicemail answers to call back between the hours of 9 and 5. I am calling right between those hours and leaving voicemails. Yet I am not getting any impression of anybody wanting to help me or even trying. As I am paying them privately I would expect better communication and service. Even if it is just a call to let me know that they are working on it. Hence why I cannot recommend this facility due to poor communication and lack of response.
