"Total rubbish"

My 6 year old is having trouble wee I spoke with 111 and they advice to see a GP went on my GP app at 8:39 was told to ring practice,when I rang no appointment!!! Had a phone call pm no far to face appointment and prescribed cream over the phone when this poor child has had blaninitis before and is so scared he’s not drinking a lot no because I think he’s so scared about weeing this surgery really doesn’t care,last time I took him to a&e they said they want him to see a surgeon but this surgery doesn’t even want to look at it
