This surgery has gone downhill so fast it’s unbelievable. I have been a patient since the day I was born and since changes in senior doctors the surgery is almost useless.

1. You cannot get an appointment

2. The receptionist are extremely rude

3. They lack empathy and blame funding

4. Practice manager is never available

After 30 years I am looking for a new surgery. I am sure someone else form the surgery will reply to this blaming COVID of funding but this is a 5 year issue and everyone else can cope so why can’t they

We are sorry that your experience at the surgery is less than satisfactory, we can assure you that currently we offer more gp appointments than we did prior to the pandemic but we are a very busy practice, we are hoping to re start to offer booking telephone appointments online very soon. Due to the pandemic we have had to change the way we manage our system and all gp appointments are a telephone consultation for the first contact. All staff undergo regular customer service training and the practice has a comprehensive management team who are always on site to help patients and speak to them about their concerns. If the practice manager is not available then a deputy or team leader is always on site. Please do not hesitate to contact the practice and we will endeavour to help you to the best of our ability.
