I was referred on a 2 week pathway following post menopausal bleeding. The care I received at Lincoln County Hospital was excellent. The most important thing for me that helped at this time was the outstanding caring attitude that I encountered. The tests were carried out in a timely manner and with expertise and efficiency. The staff who administered the ultrasound and TVS were lovely and put me greatly at ease. ( I didn’t get their names) A follow up apt was made quickly at Helmswell gynaecology clinic, and Nicky (Nurse specialist) and Tina ( assistant nurse) were brilliant, putting me at ease and carrying out further tests) I felt so comfortable and confident with them both. Also the hospital was very clean and felt very safe with Covid measures put in place. Thank you so much to all staff at Lincoln County Hospital Gynaecology.

As a team we really encourage patient feedback in order that we can ensure we are providing the best experience possible for our patients and to ensure that we can make any necessary improvements. When we receive such positive feedback it is a real morale boost for the team who are passionate about providing outstanding quality patient care in an individualised way. We are really pleased to read that you felt comfortable and confident with the care you received, and that you felt safe in our department.
