Ranvita the physiotherapist phoned me at home to discuss treatment/excercises I have a brain injury and find things difficult to understand I also have chronic pain and nerve damage I was really impressed with Ranvita understanding of how each person has there own pain and of all the things that go with it she was very understanding and gave me excellent links to explore Pain Associations and others 

Ranvita was excellent in her understanding of pain she showed empathy kindness patience and care
