(as the patient),

I had a chronic pilonidal cyst that eventually got treated.

So when I originally went to the doctor's, they felt around and found nothing. Then when I went to the hospital for the second time they saw me in about 3 hours and we waited a further 3 hours to go into theatre, waiting for the covid swab. Afterwards they took amazing care of me, were really friendly and gave me plenty of food and aid walking about.
