Had a shoulder replacement 30th Oct2020,and the Anaethetist,and theatre staff where absolutely fantastic. Talked and shown me every step of the procedure, made me at ease,and great conversation. So friendly,polite,and proffessional. Thankyou so much,and obviously the surgeon for doing such a fantastic job.
