"Thank you for saving my dads life !"

About: Royal Free Hospital

From the trauma of taking my dad into a+e ,having a major op and in turn not being able to be there with him, they took every care as though I would have been there myself, they sat with him in intensive care , made sure he was okay throughout the whole time, thank you every single one of the nurses ,doctors and the surgeon that allowed for me to see my dad again

Dear A Fernando,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and please accept our apologies for the delay in acknowledging your feedback.

I know how difficult it must have been for you to leave your dad at the hospital and not be able to be there as you would have liked to. I'm glad all went well.

With best wishes, the Patient Experience Team
