"Hearing aid repair and maintenance"

About: Kings Cross Health and Community Care Centre / Audiology Service

(as a service user),

When I phoned Kingscross health center in Dundee to make an appointment to have one of my hearing aids repaired I was asked if, due to Covid-19 restrictions, parts for self fitting could be posted to me.  This I agreed to.  

The parts arrived very promptly for both hearing aids along with comprehensive instructions that enabled me to return both hearing aids to perfect working order.
Please convey my thanks to those involved in this excellent service.
