"Decaffeinated option"

About: Victoria Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Just an observation on ward 21 CCU, I have AF and noticed that the tea and coffee all has caffeine, can I suggest you offer a decaffeinated version as I know from experience that this is a stimulant.

Dear I am No7,

Thank you for writing in care opinions about your recent experience of admission to the Victoria hospital.

I'm glad you found the nursing staff on ward 21 to be caring. I'm also grateful you've pointed out about a lack of a decaffeinated option when offered hot drinks. Ward 21 previously offered a decaffeinated drinks option and I hadn't realized this practice had changed until you highlighted it here. So thank you and I will ensure this option is available again.

Take care and hope your keeping well.
