"Used to be great"

Years ago this surgery was second to none! It’s progressively got worse. Now under new management/ownership it’s appalling! Half the time they don’t even have a doctor at the surgery! Getting a same day appointment with a GP would be like winning the lottery! Receptionist are nice, in fact I feel sorry for them having to deal with a lot of angry patients, made angry due to the incompetence of the medics. The nurses are actually horrible! Rude, dismissive and don’t seem to listen. Since the changeover of management, every appointment I’ve had there has left me feeling belittled, demoralised snd dreading ever having to return there.
