About: Clatterbridge Hospital

I was invited for a pre op covid swab and they changed my appointment time. All I wanted to do was change the time of my swab but could I actually get through to anyone? No. I phoned and phoned the number given and it either rang out or was engaged. I then thought I would contact the hospital main switch line and again, NO answer.

Lesson: Don't send out letters with contact numbers and then not answer the phone when people ring it. Very unhappy.
