"Kindness during my hospital stay"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Admissions Unit 1 (Emergency Medical) Victoria Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Admitted to hospital on Saturday via A&E, transferred to AU1 where I stayed until Sunday evening. I would like to thank all the staff for their help and support given to me. They all work really hard  in a  challenging environment.

I was then transferred to ward 23 VHK where the staff were brilliant. Special thanks to Dr Francis, Hollie, Claire, Rebecca, Una and the rest of the team. I was shown nothing but kindness during my stay, they could not do enough for me.

While I'm sorry to read that you had a recent hospital admission. It's great to read that you found ward 23 staff brilliant and caring during your stay.
