I have had excellent ongoing support from CGL. The counsellor has been consistently supporting me to not drink, as it has been essential for my mental health. He has called exactly when he said he would and always listens carefully, making useful and relevant suggestions about how I can help myself. I have been so appreciative of his guidance. Thank you!
