Waited 30 mins for my appointment which was annoying as they expect you to arrive 10-15 mins early but can’t stick to their schedule. 45 mins waiting to be seen in total. Receptionists were nice, doctor was nice no complaints there. Sadly though after it took 5 attempts to get an appointment I was told by the doc I could have done the consultation over the phone, not in person and had my prescription/medication sent to my door. Annoying. On top of that the Pharmacy was absolutely useless, I waited 1h for my prescription to be filled 45 mins of that hour I was first in the que! There were 5 people working in the pharmacy at the time it just beggars belief, I would hate to see them on a busy day. There was literally no one else there other than me. So in short I spent just shy of two hours - sat on a hard plastic chair with a bad back - waiting for an appointment which could have been done over the phone and a prescription which could have been posted directly to my home. Unnecessarily making a tube journey and exposing myself to covid for no reason at all! Fab job!
