I had a heart attack in July 2019. I was admitted to Liverpool Heart and Chest Clinic (Broadgreen) for an urgent stent procedure in July followed by some additional work early this year (2020). Broadgreen Hospital is amazing and we are all so lucky to have such a facility on our doorstep. In contrast support from The Warrens has been a frustrating experience. The Doctors, when you eventually are sat in front of one are very good and I have no complaints here. Getting an appointment, ordering medication online and just trying to communicate is a nightmare. When you ring the main line you get message saying how busy they are followed by another message telling you to contact them online. This online information is spoken so quickly you will need to take a crash course in shorthand to write it down. The situation was very poor before covid 19 and it seems worse now. They lost my online prescription last week and they couldn't even be bothered to contact me. The Pharmacy very kindly gave me an emergency supply. I have little confidence with this practice and have noted mine is not the only negative review here regarding poor communication and service ?
