I visited St Johns today for a hysteroscopy today and the level of care I received was just exceptional. Staff are angels and just want them to know that, particularly the lady who I had to do the hand signals to! Absolutely everything was carefully explained to me and the staff were so compassionate. I am deaf so in this weird world, face masks are  nightmare as I cannot lip read but the consultant gynaecologists removed their masks (from a distance) to make sure I understood what was going on. 

Just want them to know they do an amazing job and that it really is appreciated!
