"Skin biopsy"

About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I arrived at the Stirling Community Hospital and saw a dermatologist. I felt totally at ease throughout the examination. Doctor Craig was extremely thorough and decided I needed a biopsy on a hard lump on my nose. The biopsy was set up in 10 minutes.

In the biopsy room, Doctor David and Nurse Chloe were extremely friendly and explained the procedure. They took a small specimen from my nose and I did not feel any pain throughout the procedure. Everything was totally professional and friendly.

Now I have a good reason to wear my mask at all times.

Dear Foxhammer,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. It is great we were able to meet your expectations as a team. I hope you won't be too disappointed to find I'm a Nurse, not a Doctor. I find people only hear half of the introductions when they are nervous.

Fingers crossed your results return promptly and you can drop your mask once more!

Thanks again

( Nurse ) David:)
