(as the patient),

1. Flu vaccine under Covid-19 restrictions was fast efficient and friendly. Congratulations to all concerned.

2. Pre out patient procedure Covid 19 Test. Very attentive and caring service provided in NHS Forth Valley hospital. Congratulations and thanks.

3. Colonoscopy procedure. Very professional, friendly and reassuring service provided by dedicated staff. Every aspect explained in detail and carried out with efficiency and attention to my needs and fears. Congratualtions to everyone in Ambulatory Care department.

Huge thanks to all staff at Forth Valley NHS working long and hard to keep us safe and to protect all aspects of our health requirements.
